BlinkRoll은 화면 스크롤을 돕는 접근성/편의 도구이며 의료, 진단, 치료, 재활, 시력 보호, 눈 건강 개선 목적의 앱이 아닙니다.
BlinkRoll은 사용자가 직접 감지를 시작한 동안 눈 깜빡임을 스크롤 입력으로 변환하는 접근성 및 편의 도구입니다. 손이나 팔 사용이 어렵거나 화면을 직접 스와이프하기 불편한 사용자가 Android 화면을 더 쉽게 스크롤할 수 있도록 돕는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
BlinkRoll은 의료 조언, 진단, 치료, 재활, 시력 보호, 눈 건강 개선을 목적으로 제공되지 않습니다. 앱의 감지 결과나 동작 여부를 건강 상태 판단에 사용하지 마세요.
눈 통증, 피로, 건조함, 어지러움, 두통, 불편함이 느껴지면 즉시 감지를 정지하고 휴식하세요. 증상이 계속되면 전문가와 상담하세요.
BlinkRoll은 전면 카메라, 기기 성능, 조명, 얼굴 각도, 거리, 안경 반사, 렌즈, 졸림, 기기 발열, 다른 앱의 화면 구조에 영향을 받습니다. 따라서 깜빡임 인식이 늦거나 실패하거나 의도하지 않은 스크롤이 발생할 수 있습니다.
사용자는 자신의 몸 상태와 사용 환경에 맞게 깜빡임 리듬, 스크롤 방향과 이동 거리, 빠른 실행 알림 등 현재 앱에서 제공되는 설정을 조절해야 합니다.
화면 꺼짐 및 잠금 보호는 항상 유지됩니다. 발열과 권한 해제에 따른 정지 또는 일시 정지도 유지될 수 있습니다. 동작 아이콘을 숨겨도 보호 기능이나 실행 알림은 해제되지 않습니다.
홈 화면과 런처에서 눈 입력을 허용합니다. 대상 화면이 선택한 방향의 세로 스와이프를 지원해야 하며, 모든 앱이나 런처의 동작을 보장하지 않습니다. 잠금화면, 필수 권한이 없거나 접근성 서비스가 연결되지 않은 상태에서는 명령을 차단합니다. 외부 앱 종류와 입력 상태는 조회하지 않으므로 필요한 곳에서는 직접 눈 입력을 멈춰 주세요. 스와이프 제출 완료는 실제 화면 이동 성공을 보증하지 않습니다.
핵심 눈 입력은 무료이며 배너 광고를 사용합니다. 보상형 광고 시청이나 24시간 이용권은 필요하지 않습니다. 동작 아이콘 숨기기는 무료 토글입니다. 광고를 불러오지 못하거나 광고 동의 선택을 변경해도 핵심 눈 입력의 이용 시간이 제한되지 않습니다. 이전 버전의 이용권 만료 시각과 광고 진행 상태는 과거 데이터(레거시)로 남아 있을 수 있지만 현재 핵심 기능의 이용 조건이나 시간 제한에 사용하지 않습니다.
카메라 프레임과 얼굴 이미지는 기기 안에서만 처리하고 분석 직후 폐기하며, 서버나 광고 사업자에게 전송하거나 앱 파일로 저장하지 않습니다. 광고 제공 과정에서는 Google AdMob 및 광고 파트너의 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.
관련 법률상 허용되는 범위에서 BlinkRoll은 기기 상태, 조명, 사용자 상태, 권한 설정, 네트워크 상태, 다른 앱의 화면 구조, 광고 SDK 동작, 운영체제 제한으로 인한 인식 실패, 지연, 오작동, 이용 불가에 대해 책임을 제한합니다.
본 약관은 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 대한 책임, 관련 법률상 제한할 수 없는 소비자 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
앱 기능, 정책, 법령, 스토어 정책 변경에 따라 본 고지는 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 공개 웹페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
Policy revision: October 5, 2026. Core eye input is free with banner ads; no rewarded ad or 24-hour access pass is required. Indicator hiding is a free toggle. Automatic no-face sleep is opt-in and off by default; screen-off and lock protection remains active. Hiding the indicator does not disable safety protection or the running notification. Ad loading failures and consent choices do not time-limit core eye input. Historical access-pass expiry and ad progress may remain as legacy data, but are not used to gate or time-limit current core use. BlinkRoll converts intentional blinks into vertical scroll gestures only while detection is active; it is not a medical, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, vision-protection, or eye-health product. Do not use it while driving, walking, operating machinery, or doing dangerous work. Stop and rest if you feel discomfort. Lighting, device performance, eye condition, heat, permissions, and target-app behavior may cause delayed, missed, or unintended input. Check actual screen behavior, adjust available settings, and stop detection when necessary. Home and launcher eye input is allowed. The target screen must support compatible vertical swipe gestures; operation is not guaranteed in every app or launcher. Commands are blocked on lock screens and when required permissions are missing or the accessibility service is disconnected. External app types and typing states are not inspected; pause eye input yourself when needed. Heat safeguards remain available. Submitting a swipe does not guarantee actual screen movement. Camera frames and face or eye data are processed on device and discarded, not uploaded or saved. Advertising providers' policies apply to banner delivery. Liability is limited only as permitted by applicable law and does not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.
